Jean‑Pierre has been passionate about climbing since 2008.
Over the years, he has climbed sport routes up to 8a+ and bouldered up to 7c+/8a.
Especially in his early climbing years, he developed strong crack‑climbing skills in Ettringen. He is also deeply familiar with the routes of the Upper Parasit in the Nideggen area, which he knows almost by heart.

Mirka Brüggemann
Sport Climbing - and Mental Coach
Mirka has been passionate about climbing and bouldering since 2010.
She has climbed sport routes up to 7c+ and bouldered up to 7a.
Endurance is one of her greatest strengths — long routes are where she truly feels at home.
For Mirka, technique is the foundation of both climbing and bouldering, enabling her to solve movements creatively and efficiently, especially when moves require reach rather than strength.

In addition, Mirka has worked as a climbing and bouldering coach in various climbing gyms, coaching children, adolescents, and adults — in both group settings and one‑to‑one sessions. Her experience ranges from beginner courses to advanced technique training.
In 2024, she completed an online continuing education program within the PCC (Performance Climbing Coach) program in the United States. Topics included, among others:
-
RED‑S vs. overtraining – how to differentiate and which risks to consider
-
Loaded progressive stretching
-
Development of recovery and performance plans
-
Mental coping strategies for dealing with injuries
-
and more
Her next professional step is the completion of a training program in therapeutic climbing.
Mirka’s approach is not based on “you just need to…” — but on asking “what do you want?”.
This mindset guides both her own development and her work with others.

Katharina Schmitz
Hypnose- and Mentalcoach
Katha has been passionate about climbing and bouldering since 2011.
She lived in Austria for four years, dedicating herself primarily to outdoor rock climbing.
